Meet Victoria, a Puppy Mill Survivor

Victoria, a puppy mill dog rescued by North Shore Animal League America, has become an important part of the Mutt-i-grees Movement. She participates in Mutt-i-grees assemblies with hundreds of children at Mutt-i-grees schools and loves making classroom and library visits.
