The Mutt-i-grees Virtual Internship is an online video series demonstrating the connections between social-emotional learning, humane education, and the work of animal shelters and rescue groups. Although filmed at North Shore Animal League America, the series represents the goals of shelters across the country.
The below segments may be used in conjunction with elementary to high school curriculum. Each category includes questions for reflection and problem solving. Once you review, you’ll be able adjust your lesson to suit the group of students you are teaching.
