Mutt-i-grees® Curriculum Request Form

The Mutt-i-grees® Curriculum Kits for Pre-K through 3rd grade and for Grades 4 through 6 are available now upon request by a principal from an accredited elementary school or by the director of a Head Start or Pre-K program. Each school is eligible to receive one (1) complimentary Pre-K – Grade 3 kit and one (1) complimentary Grades 4-6 kit (while supplies last) which includes access to user specific content on this website.

Please complete the form below (be sure to provide a full name and email address for each teacher that will receive a kit). All requests will be forwarded to The School of the 21st Century/Yale University.
