Mutt-i-grees® Orientation & Basic Training

Two Sessions available:

  1. Elementary
  2. Middle School/High School

Training will provide an overview of the research base for the Mutt-i-grees® Curriculum, an outline of the five core themes as well as modeled lessons. There will also be discussions of service learning, internships, youth development programs, and collaborations between schools, libraries, and animal shelters.

ON-SITE STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Our peer trainers can provide on-site training at your school. We encourage administrators to host Mutt-i-grees® professional development training to support staff development and promote Mutt-i-grees® activities within your particular school.

Mutt-i-grees® training is provided by a team of educators from across the country, as well as Mutt-i-grees® program staff from Yale 21C and the Animal League.
